| This song is a life saver. I just got broken up with and have been listening to it forever. It's like, You fall in love, thinking that a person will always be there for you, and slowly, as the decay sets in, they start to leave you, wounded and alone, and it takes you a very long time for you to realize it. It feels as though this person has not only wounded you emotionally, but mentally as well, and though you would like to stop the pain, you can't seem to find a way to. They promised you forever, and you blindly believed this, and so when they started to show this corruption, you stood there, as you were in the beginning, not knowing their true thoughts and feelings. The only thing that you know now is that if love - true love- really existed, then it wouldn't be so easy to be hurt by something that wasn't the real thing, becasue if you loose true love, it's will hurt a hell of a lot worse. That's what this song means to me. | |
