As for, "Send me you all your vampires, I want you", I think that means that even though she has all these "vampires", he wants her nonetheless. Vampires could be used in reference to her bad side, or the things that may bother him or things that make her seem "evil" like annoying habits or whatnot. ho hum |

i just find it amusing how imgivingmyself2ashes didn't know that San Dimas is by the Ataris. As Atzkilcher said, it's a classic; I guarentee that every true fan of the new wave of punk music knows it...and it was probably the song that got them into punk. Just a thought |

it just pisses me off how crazy lil teenyboppers who like nsync and all that mainstream crap, love this song. Mainstream radio kicks ass for jew's sales, but it sucks for us fans who have liked them longer than "the middle." You think you're a true fan b/c you heard them on the radio..? does "static prevails" have any meaning to you?" didnt think so. |

Words can't even describe how amazing this song is. This song brings tears to my eyes whenever i hear it. The emotion of the lyrics being sung tells how much this song means to the singer. I think everyone can relate to this song somehow. For me, it's my best friend, with whom i was in an amazing relationship with at one point. And now that it's over all i want to do is go back to those amazing months. He will always be there in the back of my head/heart, because he touched my heart like no one else ever could. And i believe that the songwriter had a similar experience with this girl, "Konstantine." THe nostalgia of the song is heartwrenching. I love the lines "It's to Jimmy Eat world..Isn't that what you said, what you thought this song meant?" How soco ties in the song "For me this is heaven" by Jimmy Eat World, into THIS beautiful song. It's truly the epitome of love songs for our era, it's nothing short of beautiful. |
