I get the feeling this song is about escapism using drugs ("escape to somewhere far from nowhere"). I might be totally wrong though. "I can see it all" is kind of like he is having an eye opening experience, and "where the sky's been tainted red" perhaps suggests a psychadelic experience.

Although it looks obviously about sex, as someone said near the top, it could easily be used as an analogy for other things, such as money. If you take it all metaphorically and think of money, then it makes perfect sense aswell. |
