Okay, first off I have to say this song rocks! Okay, LOL... and second... I can totally relate to this song (a few lines would have to be a tiny bit different, LOL). There was this guy that I liked from the first time I saw him and then we eventually were hanging out and everything. He made it clear that he had feelings for me, and I think I did too, but b/c of a couple of things we never started dating and were never a couple. I miss him sooooo much and whenever I think back to stuff that happened, I wanna change some stuff so that we would've wound up dating. I still think about him all the time, and I wish so much that he was my b/f, b/c I totally fell for him and I still feel the same way about him... if only he knew... "So I'm gonna hold on and on and on and on..." GC ROCKS! |

This is an incredible song, and it's really sad - esp. when you really listen to the lyrics and put yourself in that position... losing someone that you love in that kind of situation (or any kind of situation). I don't know what I'd do if I lost someone like that. |

Okay, first I wanna say I don't really hate Britney, and I have liked a few of her songs. Now about this song... I only heard part of this song (thank god) in a movie trailer on TV... and only hearing part of it was enough to know she did a really *terrible* job with this classic song. And I mean, Joan Jett did such a great job when she did this song... but come on! What were people smoking when they let britney do a "cover" of this song?! Britney doesn't and could never sound anything like Joan Jett. And I mean, trying to do a cover of a classic song... it's hard enough to do at all, and when the person can't sing anything like the previous people who have done the song.... This song should have been left alone. Joan Jett's version *ROCKS*, ... this one should've been taken into space on a rocket and blown up. |

You know, I never really read into the lyrics but after reading through them again and then reading what everyone said... yeah, this song IS about drugs. It's still an awesome song, and the fact that they don't come out and say the words "drugs" or "heroin" in the song, people can interpret it differently and still relate to it and love the song. But, yeah it *is* about drugs... totally. And the Goo Goo Dolls rock! |

I love this song! It really reminds me of this guy I've had feelings for for a while now. I haven't seen him or talked to him in a long time (I really want to though), and I miss him soooo much. Like the song says, "I'd give anything just to hear your voice..." ... I really feel like that. |

This is one of my fave songs ever. Blink rocks! And who cares if they did/didn't sell out? All that matters is the music. If some people would just stop crying over the fact that Blink is making more money than the bands they like (which most of them haven't been heard of), than maybe they'd see how great Blink is and finally stop whinning about it.
