My initial reaction to this song wasn't about someone losing their virginity - however - that topic fits the song perfectly. My reaction to this song is someone "Selling Out". Only in a sexual sense. Because, in reality, thats what your doing. Unfortunately, I think teenage girls are guilty of this. Don't get your panties in a wad girls, I'm still a virgin and like to think I'm a nice guy, but the majority of my friends (college guys) could care less what your name is while your bouncing on their dick. It's sad - but true. To most guys, your phone number, like it's stated in this song, is a coaster for us to put our beer on. . .haha. . . Everyone likes to think they have pride and stand for something. I do - thats why I haven't "sold my body out". Yet, just like a pop star selling out to Pepsi, you girls jump on the first guy spittin' game at ya. . . I'd love for the girl I marry to be a virgin. I'd hate to hear on my wedding night that my new wife lost her virginity on an "impulse" because the guy seemed really "cool" and "drove a nice car". Same thing for girls - wouldn't you like your husband to save himself for YOU...and not blow it on some chick who looked great in leather pants three years ago at a party? I'm not bashing girls - I just think most girls should be a little smarter, because guys will do anything short of cutting their dick off to get you in bed. It's all about spur of the moment happiness. I guess the world has lost the "centimental" value of "love" for a five second orgasm. sad. . . |

I'm probably way out of line here - but I get the feeling that Eminem is bashing our "hick" president in some ways here. "Oh no, i won't leave no stone unturned" That line sounds really familiar to one of Bush's speeches given towards "hunting down the terrorists responsible"... Square Dance = Texas = Bush ? I dunno.... Regardless...this is great rap. |
