hmm I don't think this has anything to do with relationships, I mean you can take it that way I would say. I think it has to do with repressed memories, or memories that you wish would fade away, that torment you and destroy you. "memory shapes me once again" If you take people who have had tramatic lives, they are self destructive, such as, they can have something good in their lives, or someone great in their life, and yet, their memories that torture them cause them to shove someone away, to do things to hurt the other person, its shaping their life for nothing but failure and isolation. All the feelings he desrcibes, Thoughtlessness,Arrogance, so on and so forth, are brought up and created by the memories that torture and haunt, the negative feelings that can cause one to drive someone or something far away and in order to have a normal life, you have to confront and surrender to the demons that haunt, in order to truly forget them. |
