1st off, not all skaters are punks. 2nd Avril isn't punk, just cuz you dress a certain way doesn't make you that. If a guy wears a dress, does that make him a girl? no, it makes him a man in a dress, likewise with Avril, just because she dress like a "punk" doesn't mean she is punk. Punk is about the music not the look, and she is all about pop. Plus if the guy in the song was punk he wouldn't be on MTV. That is just my opinion, i'm sure i'm not the only one who thinks that though.

it is all satire and sarcasm. The song Reagan Youth is just pointing out somebody so damn conservative, like Reagan, is running our country. People just didn't get the sarcasm. Does anybody know any stores that carry any Reagan Youth CD's? I can't find them anywhere! :(

All they sing about is having sex and drinking and stupid stuff and that is getting mainstream attention opposed to the music that has real meaning such as Dead Kennedys, The Clash, TSOL, etc.

"War staring you in the face, dressed in black." that part reminds me of when the INS, at least i think it was the INS, stormed into the apartment in Miami, FL to get Elian Gonzalez [spelling?] and they were dressed in black with their automatics. All in all i agree with what basically everybody has said how this song is about police brutallity.
