i like the old goldfinger, but in a way, i think this is a kick ass song. its basically how society throws everything at you, tells you all the lies, making you believe things are a certain way... but in reality things are all fucked up and you need to open your eyes and see how things really are. |

This song is about one of their friends who committed suicide (or so I've read) anyways... its a sad song, in that its about suicide. But its more of a sad song for the better. Its like, rethinking about suicide, because the lyrics change. Sure... things may be really bad and everything, but you just have to move on with your life. |

good charlotte isn't punk... i like them and all, but by all means, they are not punk. Punk is like Rancid, Dashboard Confessional, AFI, Lagwagon, Pennywise, and stuff like that. Good Charlotte may be good, they may be popular, but thats only cuz they are the little pop punk wanna be kids who appeal to all those preps out there and teeny boppers. Don't get me wrong when I say that, because I have seen them in concert (it wasn't the best either) and I do listen to them... but I hate all those people out there that think bands like GC, and Blink, and Green Day are punk, cuz they aren't really. |
