All the real Papa Roach fans out there know that this song was written a few years ago, and is featured on an older album. It IS about Jacoby and Kelly...
And I agree with PapaRoacher_5k... Jacoby isn't whining, he's telling stories of his life, and his singing about his life has helped me through my life... Papa Roach's music totally saved my life (I have depression and I was really suicidal when Infest fisrt came out).
Lovehatetragedy wasn't supposed to be the next Infest, that's why people may not like it as much. Coby said "We didn't like, sit down and say 'alright, we're gonna make Infest 2.'"
There's a couple songs on LHT that are songs they've written and recorded before... Anyway... Papa Roach rocks!!!

i don't know... i think it can kind of be reversed to jesse singing to lestat. and also, jay gordon's singing in this song is better than jon davis' in the movie. jon's version was just... ugh.. you know? but, jon rocks my socks! i love korn and all, but his voice just dusn't right for the song...
But also, it could be Lestat singing to Akasha... you know, she just came along and fucked up everything. and he couldn't kill her... without killing himself as well. you must stop drinking before the heart stops. |
