To me this doesn't mean much. I think Mickey puts it best at the tale end of the video for this..."Psycadellic". I Mike mentioned during a DVD commentary track from the season 2 DVDs that some lyrics from this song came from poetry that he wrote during his time on the show. |

| It brings to mind being stuck in a shit job with no hope of getting out. Thankfully, there's some humor and hope in that you will get out...someday. | |
| David Bowie – Letter to Hermione Lyrics | 20 years ago |
| It's obviously related to a break up. There's a bit of a secondary meaning in it to me. I visualize a scene here with Ron Weasley writing a letter to Hermione Granger. He's upset beacuse Hermione has chosen Harry over him. It's easy to see if you're into the fandom as much as I am. Of course we all know nothing like this would ever happen in the series! | |

not sure the real meaning behind this song...very late 60's acid trippy... i think it's damn cool and it would make a neat cover song for a metal band. |

this is one of the most beautiful songs ever. to me, it's about regret. things you wish you said, things you wish you did. despite all the crap that's happened since, he remembers one summer fondly, even if no one else does. he want's to hold on to that summer forever. i've had a summer like that. i always feel like i'm the only one who remembers what a good time we had. all the friends that shared it with me have forgotten. kinda makes me teary-eyed. |
