Blink-182 – Stay Together for the Kids Lyrics 23 years ago
It's pretty sad you have to stoop down to insulting anyone on the internet. I'm not a hypocrite, I'm just standing up for what other people might call good music. I don't listen to them and I can prove that..but, I'm not going to be an idiot and tell you my life story on what I think is good music.
Money hungry bastards or not, the thing you shouldn't be complaining or pissing and moaning about is that they're sellouts. They could give a shit. They have money. Period. So, go ahead..call them money hungry bastards. But just don't come crying onto this message board when Dashboard makes it onto TRL saying that he's a money hungry bastard..because then, my dear..YOU will be the hypocrite.

No, Im using your label. You obviously think they're the so-called "money hungry bastards" Well--Chris Carrabba is in the same boat. MTV, Sellout concerts..Yea. Dashboard is pretty much the same. So I wouldn't call them money hungry bastards without leaving your "favorite group" out.

Who cares if they "sold out"? It doesn't stop them from making good music..although I don't listen to it myself, my friends do..and they're not preppy kids becoming punks.
Just because they're trendy at the moment doesn't mean they all of the sudden stop making good music.
It doesn't work that way.

Priceless..by looking at your profile..I wouldn't go judging other peoples music right now.
Chris Carrabba is about as much a money hungry bastard as Blink 182 and Green Day. Dashboard Confessional isn't much different.

Christ. I swear. Everyone thinks they "own" punk now or now what punk is and call everyone sell outs.
I've had of everyone thinking they know true punk. Let kids experience what they want. If they like Blink 182 or Green Day or the newly MTV kids, Jimmy Eat World..let them go ahead.
It's not going to affect YOUR lifestyle, if you're a "true punk rock kid". If you were, you could care less what people say about sell-outs and posers.
Listen to whatever you want. It's music. Let everyone enjoy it and don't fight over it. It's not just yours.
