I really think this song has to do with the four degrees at west point. as freshman (four degrees) are supposed to follow and follow blindly. things used to be pretty shitty there and a lot of shady things happened. the line, you won't do what you'd like to do.... four degrees are deprived of everything (privledges). and the prep schools are always seem worse during basic (which he went through). but it could be about anal sex...... |

one of my best friends, taran, she was a big jimmy fan. well she was in a skiing accident where she was in a coma for 3 weeks. very sadly though, she died due to an infection. but this song is so meaningful to me and my friends because the night after her death, we all gathered together at my house, sat outside underneath the stars and blarred this song. we all cried together. taran was a beautiful human being and the last one that deserved this. and she really did have a heart so big, that god just couldn't let it live. we all love her and miss her. her brother decided to have this play at her funeral and there was not a dry eye in the house. im so glad that this song was there because it expressed the feelings that i just couldn't. |
