i think its kinda at the same time of what all ya'll are saying..but like..people saying they are wasting their time trying to be in a band..b/c its stereotypical that they never turn out...you know what i mean..like people saying if thats all you will be..(in a band) then youll be a waste of time..(like you need to go out there and get a real job) and then...they were being sarcastic by saying..two points for honesty...like please tell us how you really feel..... ya heard.... |

if you listen to the whole cd adn you get to this song, doesn't it seem out of place? dont get me wrong i love this song, but...who is singing it?? it doesnt really sound like ryan or adam.... hmmmmm.... |

i think this is about a person who has lost interest in something they once loved....they used garden as their metaphor b/c a garden takes a lot of care, and if it is not cared for they will do their own thing kinda like "now the grass is always overgrown and the weeds are choking out the sun pretty soon they'll come under the door" which is all the effect of "and you don't care" and if you dont agree please dont rip my head off :) i like it |
