Actually I don't think anyone has really touched on this songs actual meaning. People just keep saying how its a great song and a great movie. It is but what does it mean to you???? Heres what it means to me: If anyone has ever had a dream in which they were dying they know the affect it has on you. I have had some powerful such dreams about dying, and if you reflect on your dreams and the feelings associated with it, you start living different. It's about how the singer (gary) does'nt understand why so many people act the way they do. You need to live knowing you will die sometime. Thats what the song means to me. |
