Please can someone interpret this story for me? Or at least give a short and sweet explanation of what the moral is, if any? This is an awesome song and deserves to be analyzed. Thanks |

Having I think the same viewpoint in this situation, I beleive billy is trying to say he wants to be the one looking in. Like myself, becoming very independent, seemingly more than my peers, I dont need to be with many people, but much rather be the spy. To have them in my mind and life, but without them knowing it. You can learn a lot, if not the truth about people from observing them from afar, rather than the person they try to become when they know you, and your presence. Not saying I wanna be the physcho outside your bedroom door like Bundy, but just taking a step outside the 'box' and peeking in. What you can disover is pretty cool. |

| Zwan – Freedom Aint What It Is Lyrics

It is inevitble that human life and times change, and the certain freedom that come with each varying phase of human life differs greatly. Freedom for somone as primitve as a cavemen could be seen as far greater than freedom granted to the man of the 20th centuary. Essentially, the cavement could have done WHATEVER they wanted, there were no established limits. It used to be so free, but now 'freedom' has limits They (cavemen) could be seen as truley free. |
