| Vegan theme song, yo! I love this song, it's what helped me give up dairy and eggs (I was already veggie). It's about how we put human lives above all others, and spelling out what we do to animals in 'human terms' ('meat is still _murder_. Dairy is still _rape_.) If we did to humans what we do to animals, we would be put away. | |

this song seems to be about two groups of people: those who want change and those who are happy with how things are. but those who want change aren't stepping up and doing anything, though they want a piece of it at the end (note the title). those who don't want think violence is the answer to things as they can't use their mind... ('you boycott your brain, you answer with fists') This is a really powerful song; if you want change, get up off your asses and start changing things. |
