To me, this song doesn't rule in any way. In fact, the band that wrote these lyrics only deserve a swift kick in the head. Why? Simple. Kurt Cobain is dead and can't defend himself or his song (the actual song, titled "All Apologies", is ten times better). I'm surprised that the surviving members of Nirvana actually allowed this crap to happen. There are better ways of ministering to people than rewriting lyrics to songs, good songs. My advice to Apologetix: Write your own music and quit stealing from bands that actually did well due to their originality. |
