I haven't taken the time to read every single comment or argument, but I did just want to state.. A lot of the "Bush Supporters" are saying that Bush is saving thousands of lives by us being over there - protecting Iraq, Right? ... He is also losing American's lives - the country that he runs, the people that he should care about... I didn't see anyone state that. Also yes, I know that Iraq would lose more lives, sure. But why do we care? -- Heartless I Know. Also, about gas prices... fuck the prices of them, sure they went up.. Raise minimum wages - something - , Bush needs to focus some more on the economy than his ass. |

It took me forever who figured out who sang this song. I never could pick out the voice to figure out who the band was. But I think this song basically describes itself. No hidden meaning... not to me at least.

I don't really like Creed all that much, alot of their songs sound the same, but this song is an 'ok' song to me but ... I'm not going to judge this band as if they are Christian or not.. or judge this song this way, cause in my opinion you can't take it either way, just depends on how you chose to. Basically to me it means that something is holding you back and you can't get away... and all it seems like you are leading to is nothing.... and you are so far away from what you want or need you think well, maybe this isn't so far down, that maybe this isn't that bad..... that there is something there, so it'll be ok.

To **Vix** I never said that these lyrics don't relate to me, I never said that I have never lost faith in something or that I have never wanted to be someone esle. I just said that these lyrics are made to be catchy. And that the catchy-ness is very noticeable. I read up what Greensky said up there, and it made me think. Our Lady Peace has been great for years, and they need this 'mainstream' cd to be great to the more .. nonmusic lover group of people. BUT to the people that are going to make a comment about my comment(s), all I have to say is this, this cd isn't bad. I went and bought the cd the day it came out even though I already had it on my computer. ((Thumbs Up To OLP)) I just enjoyed the intensity and the thinking of their old style. Not it to be thrown at me like a Nickelback or a Default, or HEY Britney Spears song. (kiddin... OLP doesn't relate to her at all) |

egoat711 to me there is much more to this song. I always thought this song was trying to show that once there was someone that had everything.. always better than someone, and showed that he was.. Then he wasn't as great as he was (he was drowning) and since he was finally falling under everyone was waving their hands.. watching him drown.. cause no one carried .. because of how he was. |
