I agree with goodriddance. I think that while Nirvana gave it a wild and teenage-like taste, Tori added a sort of deepness to it that could not be reached by Kurt and Co. It's like it needed the woman's touch or something. |

I think this is a song about how she loves someone and revels in every moment she can be with them, but she cannot have them for her own. It's like... unrequited love at its worst because the person is always in her head. |

This is one of my favourite songs by her. "They say that your demons can't go there". We all have demons. By horses I think she means like... I think she means that she writes and sings her demons away, her horses being her music. One of my other favourite lines is "And you would if I would, but you never would".
Tori is a goddess. Only she can write out these sorts of feelings. I try and fail. So I listen to her music and feel re-energised, as though I can get myself some horses and ride away from my personal demons. I'm so grateful she wrote this song. |

Reminds me of Gone with the Wind, only the girl's nicer than Scarlett. Like how the man loved her but she just kept taking and taking and not giving enough, so he left her. Like Rhett. *huggles him* Poor Rhett. *huggles Tori* Tori is amazing. |

This is not her greatest song, but I love it anyhow. I agree with almost everyone. She writes these cryptic lyrics, so it's kind of hard to tell exactly what it means. Oh, and wedanceinmisery? Pancake rocks. ^^ |

This is one of her most beautiful songs, with her breathtaking lyrics and piano playing and the melodic voice of hers just ringing out and the way she did it was so great I can hardly breathe listening to it. It's tragic and wonderful and everything. It rocks unbelievably. |

Eminem sucks, but Tori took it and made it full of the horror it already had, but Eminem did such a poor job with this song that I can't hardly think about it without laughing at him. But she took it and twisted it with just the tone of voice, and if I was the nightmare sort I'd have nightmares of this song. Of course, since I don't that was kind of irrelevent. But who cares. Anyway, Tori is a GODDESS and certainly knows how to instill those emotions we cannot really name. |
