Led Zeppelin – Ten Years Gone Lyrics 21 years ago
Lyrically one of Led Zeppelin's best. You could also say that for the riff. I mean 14 guitars overdubbed? The wall of sound that is created from it all just makes you realize that Jimmy Page was almost creating art. Its one of those songs that are not recognized up to the standards as like, Stairway

Pink Floyd – Money Lyrics 22 years ago
its a good song, the obviousness of this song couldnt be any clearer then a virus. The sax dont bother me none. and my favorite line, which is my sn for msn right now is "Money, so they say, is the root of all evil today"

Heart – Barracuda Lyrics 22 years ago
well I dont care what the meaning is because all of your peoples sounds convincing. But its got a good tune, some good lyrics, and some licks on the guitar. and that line "barracuda" just the way she says it is cool and funny. I could vouch for the pimp and the prostitute and all that cause when I take a look at it, it does, but the press does seem good too. Who knows, we'd probably be way off for all I care.

Iron Butterfly – In-a-Gadda-Da-Vida Lyrics 22 years ago
yo blue, my dad has it on there, I was carrying it around one time and it rang, everyone knew the tune, but couldnt understand why a 13 yr. old who loves old school music had a cell phone with that ringtone. This is my upmost favorite pure music song. I mean, 8 lines of music? no cares here. Its got that great great tune, I heard the guy on the organ piano is the lead singers dad. Truely a great family. lol

Steve Miller Band – The Joker Lyrics 22 years ago
I like the mood of this song. No matter how many times he ripped it off. It kinda does good for just listening to. Nothing really special about it. Just a good song.

AC/DC – You Shook Me All Night Long Lyrics 22 years ago
I saw the music video for this song. One of the guitarists refuses to stop moving but he still puts out amazing licks on his guitar while almost doing a backflip :) its a great song with an old school rock and roll charm. The song that got me hooked on AC/DC

T. Rex – Get It On (Bang A Gong) Lyrics 22 years ago

Def Leppard – Pour Some Sugar On Me Lyrics 22 years ago
At a hockey match they had played this song and we had to start shouting, well, I this might have sounded crazy, but instead of shouting we stood up and started to sing along to the song. Louder and louder until the guy who told us to scream was throwing a t-shirt our way, well, I grabbed it and started to yell again, but my friend shouted his hardest! and you know what? someone poured his coke on him by accident! he was sticky from his head to his feet.

Lynyrd Skynyrd – Gimme Three Steps Lyrics 22 years ago
Yeah its kinda one of those "Captain Obvious to the
Rescue" times for this song. the lyrics are like the biggest piece of the puzzle and all you gotta do is set it down and your done! excellent riffs with the guitar and the song was just on the radio so yeah... I guess it tempted me...

Creedence Clearwater Revival – Suzie Q (Dale Hawkins cover) Lyrics 22 years ago
Yeah, its basically old school rock and roll. One of those songs where you dont need lyrics or just repeat them to rip out some beautiful licks on the guitar.

Creedence Clearwater Revival – Have You Ever Seen the Rain? Lyrics 22 years ago
good old John really captured the lyrics greatly. I guess its about starting off with a good feeling, then having a sucky one, then going back in square 1. like a never ending cycle.

Creedence Clearwater Revival – Fortunate Son Lyrics 22 years ago
I study this war, being the Vietnam, and I'd have to say this is my favorite Vietnam war song of all time. That of being it explains the truth with one of the most recognizable tunes ever. Its really funny how they wrote it about poor and average slummed people had to go into the war, cause when you study the war like I do, you see that even though the war was protested by many, many young americans thought it was the good thing to do since if they got out they would make a lot of money and never have to go into war again. Awesome song.

AC/DC – Highway To Hell Lyrics 22 years ago
we got out of school quite a while back and we had this cd player with a burnt cd, all it had on it was "stairway to heaven" and "highway to hell" we figured that once you got your report card we would stop the cd and the song it landed on would be your fate for when you showed your parents. Well when my friend went up to get it we stopped the cd for him, he listened, and he got the highway, while the rest of us with good grades, got the stairway, he had of course bad grades, and we walked home... slowly....

Must have been the very first song that got me hooked on Hendrix. My good old dad started to play it on the CD and I asked him who it was. After that it was like stuck in my head.

pretty cool song, really like a motto for a cheap hitman company. I like how they played it during Dirty Work, kinda fit the mood.

The Beatles – Come Together Lyrics 22 years ago
everyones first intention on a song is drugs, oh this sounds like drugs, this too, well I can vouch for that but this is a mystery for the meaning, but some songs must remain the same.

The Beatles – Yesterday Lyrics 22 years ago
that one line "yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away." boy that line is so true. I heard that McCartney worked on it by himself and composed it by himself. Pretty cool. As a global fact somewhere, somewhere in the world this song, or another version of it is being played.

Creedence Clearwater Revival – Run Through the Jungle Lyrics 22 years ago
I forgot the lead singers name, and I'll be damned if that ever happens again, but I like that accent he has cause in the song it sounds like "thought I hoid a rumblin'" and boy does that make me smile on the worst day of my life. I always thought that a lot of songs from CCR were somehow related to Vietnam.

The Jimi Hendrix Experience – Burning of the Midnight Lamp Lyrics 22 years ago
you know this has got to be my all time favorite song. that ties with zeppelins stairway and dazed and confused. I dont know why its just that the beginning is just kicking. The way the song is pieced together and it makes you wanna crank it so loud that your gramma over in Cali has to tell you to turn it down.

Led Zeppelin – Rock and Roll Lyrics 22 years ago
this is a good fighting song, cause it really really gets you adrenalized. But everytime I think of it I think of how much of a shame it was that Bonham died ya know? its just something that triggers my memory.

Led Zeppelin – Dazed and Confused Lyrics 22 years ago
this song really does have a mood behind it, when you listen to it, it REALLY gets into you, I mean a way that you actually need to play it when your dazed and confused, I did when like 4 girls asked me out, I just sat in my living room and played this song until objects in our neighbors house fell over.

Led Zeppelin – Stairway to Heaven Lyrics 22 years ago
Well I really dont care what the meaning of the song is cause its a really boss song, I mean some songs are better left alone and enjoyed at their best. I mean if we ever do find the meaning of the song, wont that provoke us to not wonder anymore on this great song? Now Im not to brag but I can play 2:07 on the guitar of this song, of course the guitar owner kicked me out before I could go anymore. Its not one of my favorite songs in the world but it gets the number one on my favorite Zeppelin song, we should just let it be, listen to the damn song, and enjoy it with question and that chill with the first 53 seconds of solo in the opening of the song.
