This could be one of my favorite Everclear songs. It's about loving someone so much that you'll do anything to keep them, including buying them a new life. the part of the song that I don't get but I love is when Art says "will you please let me stay the night, no one will ever know" It's like he'll do anything to keep this girl but then he says this. |

I can't believe no one posted antything for this song. I love the lyrics in the beginning of the song when art is like "God is good....." and then he goes on to say: "sounds to me a not so easy chair". which means that he doesnt believe. He's in such a desperate/frustrated/angry mood right now that he;s not gonna let anyone make him "break" and he's not going to give in. It's a song about not giving up. |

This song is basically being fed up with someone and all the shit they put you through. They have no idea how they bad they hurt you and one day it's all going to hit them and make them feel horrible. It's also about taking a stand and not letting people step all over you and treat you like shit |
