| Johnny GT, you are so full of shit. This is my first 'comment' on this site and I'm glad it was used replying to you. Even if Thrice "sold out" by signing to Island doesn't mean they're anything less than what they "were" before they "sold out." It's also called making a living and I find it incredible that these people work so damn fucking hard making music that they love, and that they love it. Thrice felt comfortable with Island as their label and persued a higher ranking mission. That's all. Also, note that Subcity is still supporting and is still affiliates with Thrice. Thrice never changed really. And I don't think they ever will. The day they "sell out" is the day you're right. | |
