Pearl Jam – Porch Lyrics 21 years ago
The lyrics don't really fit a pro-choice meaning. I think its about a breakup. Eddie wrote that on his arm because it was national television so it was a good forum for his opinion. It just happened to be during this song. (They only get to play two.)
But I could be wrong, I'm good at it.

The first Chili Peppers song I ever loved...

I heard that the Farley line was about Chris Farley after he died. Everyone says he was a great person, just had some issues...obviously.

I just couldn't let this song have no comments. It is a great song, one of the best on Mother's Milk.

DMX – I Miss You Lyrics 21 years ago
This song always reminds me of my grandmother who basically raised me and how I miss her. Every time I hear him talk about her it feels like he means mine. Unbelievably deep and intelligent artist.

DMX – Fame Lyrics 21 years ago
This is probably my favorite song ever. It basically just says to be strong, love God and go to work. Caucasianjigga nailed it perfectly.

Nine Inch Nails – The Only Time Lyrics 21 years ago
This song is just plain sex and how much fun it is, especially the first time. It's nice once in a while to not have to look for deeper meaning.

Nine Inch Nails – The Downward Spiral Lyrics 21 years ago
I think that in the story of the album this is where the character kills himself and Hurt is an awakening to death. (If that makes any sense.) He opens by saying how he hurt himself and then kinda adjusts to the newness of death, ending in "I would keep myself, I would find a way" sounds past tense.
But I could be wrong. I'm good at it.

Nine Inch Nails – The Perfect Drug Lyrics 21 years ago
This is a great song, actually the whole Lost Highway soundtrack is pretty good. Absinthe was a drug widely used in the late 1800s. One theory says that Jack the Ripper was a surgeon who was addicted to absinthe. Was Trent actually on it?
