He's addressing all the wierd-ass, semi-militant fundie-christians that go around bashing pretty much anyone doesn't agree with them... in the name of the Lord. How ironic. Anyway, he's saying he's still waiting for a new messiah, one that will "take away all the hatred that darkens the light" in their eyes. |

FIF is kinda the Christian Ska BR, in a sense. Of course, FIF is more light-hearted. Both great bands. It's a shame FIF's disbanding, though. |

Some bands, like er... what's thier name? Oh yeah, Good Charlotte. They were just your normal pop punk band. Then when this Avril Lavigne crap started popping up, MTV started to search for bands with certain "sounds" to them, and Good Charlotte pretty much just raised their hand and said "Me me! Ooh! Pick me!" THAT, my friends, is selling out.
Then there's Dave Matthews Band. They were always popular. But ever since Everyday, they've shortened their songs, changed it around a bit so they can be played on the radio a bit more. I've always liked them, but I just don't listen to any of their new stuff. |
