actually i think this song phil wrote about his addiction with drugs because he was pronounced dead after an overdose, and i think that might have given him a new outlook on life but who knows, i think he still does drugs. |

The most beautiful of all Chili's songs. I first heard this about ten years ago and I've always loved it. Just goes to show even with darker lyrics like this it can still be beautiful. They continue to make good music and this song of theirs is my fave chili song. |

This was the first afi song that I heard. Since then I my love for the band has grown tremendously. Still a great song. To me it is a struggle between moods. It's like the feeling you get when you've been down for a while and then you get that sudden re-birth of energy and you're willing to stand up to anyhting that comes your way. That is of course my thought. |
