This song gives the best definition (IMHO) of "the wall": it protects you from the outside, but traps you inside. The mother is one of the wall (I think there are many of "walls" in PF life), he knows she will always take care of him, but she will over-protect him. That's why the questions (momma should I do this ou that): because he knows she always will lead him to a safe (sometimes, TOO safe) path. |
