I Love staind, they always have so much feeling in their songs, they have certain ones like this and epiphany that I could listen to over and over and it just makes me wanna cry. But it seems to me even tho this song may be about acceptance and finaly realizing the something good in ur life is there. It kind of seems to me like in the end its all a dream and he doesnt want to wake up because when he wakes again it will just be reality. And while hes sleeping its so far from reality. Im not sure if anyone else looks at it that way, but its just one way of it. |

I think the great thing about Led Zeppelin is everyone can interpret it differently. I've thought for awhile you gotta be stoned to understand, but I'm not so sure thats the case anymore and it was kinda dumb of me to say that in the first place. As for the Lord of the Rings thing, good lord, do you seriously have nothing better to do than sit around reading LOTR and comparing every aspect of Zeppelin's songs to the books? Get a life dude, I highly doubt Zep was so obsessed with LOTR that they would write a shitload of songs about it. Is it really so hard to believe dreams can exist outside of Lord of the Rings? Another stupid thing everyone says about Zep is the playing it backwards and meaning santanic things. Alright now thats really dumb, and I doubt they were out to brainwash millions and millions of people into worshipping "sweet satan". ~And the moral of my bitching is, Just listen to the music, enjoy it, and find out what it means to YOU. Thats what its all really about.~ |

| I love this song, But I think its sad its like the most popular, most commented on and most viewed. (yes I know I'm commenting and viewing it) Zeppelin has tons and tons of other great songs. I hate it when this is the only song people know, and they hear it go, whoa man I love Led Zeppelin. Its like dude no u dont, u just love this one song, get to know them first. Zep is just great, it almost doesnt matter what song you are listening to it just seems to make the problems go away. Oh and for the people up at the top saying "I'm 16, and I'm the only person my age thats heard of this song" Thats just plain stupid because I'm 15, I've heard of it and I make my friends listen to Zeppelin all of the time even tho they hate it. And if you want to brag about something at least act like you've heard more than just "Stairway to Heaven". Long live Zep, theyre the greatest band ever! | |

I love this song, it reminds me of my last year in middle school... god i miss it... But anyways this song means more than that to me. I agree with the crush situation, even tho a lot of staind songs are about depression, I dont think this one is at all. The main line that speaks to me is: *'Cause it's always raining in my head* *Forget all the things I should have said* That reminds me of this guy, because whenever I'm around him I dont know what to say. And afterwards I sit and think and come up with something i should have said. And he's told me before not to worry about the past but think about the future and that just kinda reminds me of this song because I should Forget the things i shouldve said and move on. I also agree with the lines that everyone is saying mean when you are around them you only focus on one thing... them. To sum it up: I LOVE THIS SONG!! |
