I always thought this song had to do with oral sex. Swallowed: ie. being swallowed. I took "I'm with everyone and yet not" as saying "all these chicks go down on me, so it's sort of like sex, but not really." "I'm a simple selfish son" means he's a guy, a son, and he's selfish, so he has people preform oral sex. The end is saying that he hates this unfufilling lifestyle and wants the one he loves. I know this is sick, but that's just what I always thought. |
