i know the song is really about this but does anyone else besides me see some connections to the odyssey here?? like him saying "promise that you'll stay with me" and "how i long for like crazy." anyone that has read the whole thing will no what im talkin about, and the stuff about a mutiny and curious hands and fingertips, which just reminds me of times when odysseus crew tries to overthrow him...o well, maybe im the only one that sees this...? |
