Radiohead – Fake Plastic Trees Lyrics

Was anyone as surprised as me to see how the video to this song looked like? Ok I expected to be fucked up as Radiohead are such geniuses that we can conprehend what they on about. I just pictured something more dark maybe moodier, like Street Spirits video. Oh well, its still good. This is my personally my fave Radiohead song. Make me cry everytime and I don't who you are, male or female - you just will. Makes me think of life in a different way, the song can really stir up such emotions. Anyone feel the same? Truly something moving. Radiohead have created a masterpiece in 'Fake Plastic Trees', and as to what the song is about.... dunno - I'm dumb. What has made me laugh is that I work behind a till and a supermarket and just they other day I took a green plastic watering can through my checkout - had to laugh. Oh well hehehehe.

ARGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! Fuck me this is one of the best songs in the world. My fave G.D song by miles. Its just so nice and punk rock that it kicks ass! Fun to play on guitar too. Insomniac is where the band really let go and Billie showed he wasn't all about When I come Around. I don't think people can call themselves G.D fans if theres a album (especially Insomniac) by G.D they hate. Fair do's if you're not so keen on it but... WHY??? Its Green Day!!! And they are PUNK, and if you argue that fact, they how The Buzzcocks (1977) were writing song about girls and distress etc weren't classed as something other than punk??? And being a guitar player myself, G.D play in punk chords and structures, some like the Sex Pistols so nah nah and poo pants. Peace G.D fans!!

But its songs like this that make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Makes you wanna hold that special someone in your arms and never let go. Jimmy Eat World is worth all your tears and endearing love.

Just had to post something on this song as its simply AMAZING!!! If I could I'd make the whole world and his dog listen to this song. After hearing 'So Long, Astoria' to death I can honestly say this is my favourite. 'I'll never be the same without you, I love you more than you will ever know....' simply amazing. The way Kris sings, like all his songs, really does reach out and touch you. This keeps his songs going crappy lovie dovie, because deep down this is a honest guy. When I first heard the original 'Anywhere but here...' album, I was gobbed smacked to how simply his lyrics were to my poetry. Don't worry I'm not expecting all you reading this to care - hehehehe. But thanks to Kris his handed me inspiration to bring forth my band: Leave A Bomb. Oh did I mention that The*Ataris are fucking sweet ass lips live...??? Well, there it is.

Enough but this guys can be dicks, so can women etc cuz we can go on forever here. Just would like to say that this song is very near and dear to my heart as every ataris song is. So when a girl has dumped me or treated like me whatever then I listen to this song. I'm sorry if this sounds sexest but this for guys im afraid girls. The likes of Destinys Child and Pink might be able to help you in that kind of lyrical search. Again, I'm sorry but I hope you can see my point. I guess I just find this song so moving that its something personnal.

This song is simply amazing! But then all their songs are. Punk rock will have to wave a good bye to this awe inspiring band and their efforts. Devon really hits home on '13' it certainly remains a stand out track. Hearing Lung Fa Tang, which isnt too bad, I'm still wondering what drove him to call Osker a day? The mind is still boggling today. Oh well, let this band's spirit live on.
