I think it is about "alernative medicine" in particular. The first verse is about "psychic surgery" where phsycics claim to have fixed internal problems without even touching the patient. The second verse seems to be about acupuncture. The verse about colour is about new-age medicine - using colour to change mood, calm hysteria or anger etc. That's my take on it. |

| This song is dead scary, cause me and 'this girl' always used to talk about drinking ginger ale together, like a running joke thing, and I actually really liked her, even though I had known her for a long time, but it only came out in me when I found out she was leaving, and moving far away, and I think this song is about realising what is there, but only when you can't have it anymore. I knew this song before the whole ginger ale thing, but I didn't work out the lyrics, and when I did, it was so wierd, I told everyone. | |

| I think this song is like commiting suicide to part of you that you don't want, then getting uo and walking away with the part you feel happy with. It's basically about turning over a new leaf. I really love this song. | |
