Everyone and their mother is crazy about Minus The Bear. I didn't think much of them at first, but now that I've given the album a good listen or 12, I, too, love Minus The Bear...well, not as much as their song titles. |

Blargh...my "view" isn't posted, so please forgive me if my rambling is posted twice in the future, for some fucked up reason. Anyways, onto Karate: this song is a slice of pure genius my friend. The delivery of the lyrics, impecable. The start of the song has this tired, dullness to it, with the lyrics, "So quiet, I can hear that the refrigerator is on. I can hear the fabric of your sleeping bag-how it sounds on someone else's floor." Then, the build at the end, that release of frustration..so so nice, with that last line, "They will crawl up in your skin, and they will come out from the walls if you let them." Go now to Southern Records and listen to this, go. |

ooo hot diggity...this song paints a goddamn picture. The simplicity of the first lines: "So quiet i can hear that the refrigerator is on. I can hear the fabric of your sleeping bag-how it sounds someone else's floor. " Plus the tiredness (?) of the start, and the build to the end??? Ridiculous. Go to Southern Records and listen to this track already. Go. |

Reminds me of a guy who wasted my fucking time for a good..oh...3 months and then pulled a quick one. Fucker. It sums up how I feel about him and how the bastard frustrates me more than I can say. Plus the song is in-fucking-credible. Word. |
