its about leaving religon.......because of sister and brother.....and "leave this perfect world lord" ....."my hands an open knife"....ok put your hands togather as if you were praying.....it should be the shape of a knife. if your doing it right......take them apart and its an open knife.....so i guess that part means he's taken himself away from praaying and all that religious shit......uh yeah
