To be honest, when i first heard this song i obviously thought it was about a bitch as in, a woman. But in an interview on the Fade to Black DVD, Hov specificly says that "bitch" refers to the fact that he has 99 problems but a "bitch" aint one; nothing to do with a woman and he wouldn't call a girl a "bitch." Besides it makes no sense, you think Beyonce wouldn't take offense to it if it meant bitch, cuz yeah shes his bitch. All in all, its about the fact that he will never be anyone's bitch and no one can talk down to him since Pac and Biggie died. |

John grew up in my hometown of Fairfield, Connecticut and moved away when he was 18. He attended Fairfield High and as all of us know who live in Fairfield, theres a lot of drugs that fly around the corridors. I'm best friends with Johns little brother Ben who is my age and we're in highschool now. John came home the other night and i found this site and i wanted to show him what some people have said about his songs. He agrees with all of you that he wants people to hear his music as much as possible, but he wishes not to be a "sellout" and be played on MTV and that bullcrap.
