i think this song is saying that he is very interested in someone and wants to talk to them or maybe wants to be noticed by that person... but every time he goes up and tries he chokes and acts like a fool. and every time that occurs anger starts to build up... and he starts to get angry at that certain person.
my interpretation may be wrong ( prob. is ).... but i think we can all agree that this is another great song by incubus. |

to me this song is about someone ( maybe a friend,etc.) that he can no longer deal with but he's telling himself that it will be over soon. but since he's repeating it to himself so many times maybe he doesn't truly believe that it will be over soon and knows it won't.
