| Līve – We Walk In The Dream Lyrics | 22 years ago |
| By the way, "Overcome" was written after "We walk in the dream", so they actually used it for a second time on Overcome. But does it matter? This shows continuity in their ideas, plus, "We walk in the dream" was not a commercial hit, maybe they really wanted those lyrics to get noticed and that's why they used them again. | |

| Queen – Killer Queen Lyrics | 22 years ago |

I always saw the "killer queen" as a travestite... I may be wrong but that was my first impression I guess it could also be a female prostitute |

| Bryan Adams – Summer Of '69 Lyrics | 22 years ago |
|
I don't think the song is actually about sex; if it were, wouldn't there be other references? I have a theory, I know it's kind of weird but hear it out: As you may know, Adams was only 9 in 1969, which means that all the events describes in the song cannot have taken place in that year. Why, then, name the song summer of 69? In the end of the song, Adams says something (not in the lyrics) that sounds like "Just me and my baby in a 69" Don't you think that "a 69" could be a car made in 1969? I'm just saying, the whole song is about being young and free, having a small job... usually there is a used car that comes with all of that! Adams must have had his first car around 1978, which means that car could very well have been a 69... |

| Jewel – Little Sister Lyrics | 22 years ago |
| This song is very insightful in its description of what is wrong in our society... It's the song I'd like to have the courage to sing to one of my friends who is struggling with drugs | |

| Jewel – The New Wild West Lyrics | 22 years ago |

This is indeed one of Jewel's best "lyrical" songs. Her social critique is precise and thoughtful, I particularly like the choice of words in the part: "You see the lambs in the ghettos who worship their Gepettos Believing in, never seeing, the strings they think bind them So we write to our congressmen with bleeding pens of the sorrow within And in return, they just send tickets to the latest Tom Hanks show " |

| Jewel – Painters Lyrics | 22 years ago |
| I think no interpretation of this song is necessary, the lyrics speak for themselves... I love this song, it sets me crying every time, the beauty of the lyrics is simply overwhelming | |
