| Foo Fighters – All My Life Lyrics | 22 years ago |

It's about weed... When it comes around, and it's takin'away..... (people passing it around) Feel it come to life when I see your ghost (i used to think this refered to kurt, but its the feeling of when you are high and you see that smoke come out of your mouth.) Somethin' to hold when I lose my grip (stress gone now that you have that blunt in your hand.) Done, done; on to the next one (someone else needs to inhale the smoke.) The list goes on and on, you should be able to catch on. |

| Moby – Porcelain Lyrics | 22 years ago |
| This song is about how life is no longer nice anymore, and your only escape is through dreams. The sad tragic twist with this song is that the person in it is so out it emotionally that even his dreams aren't an escape anymore. As for the background music, I think that the person is singing "Go on, it's alright." That's what we all have to do sometimes, I guess. Download the Rob D. remix. I heard it at the NBA finals game during a commercial promo. Excellent track, a perfect 10, nio lyrics though, just music. | |

| Nirvana – You Know You're Right Lyrics | 22 years ago |
| It's amazing how Kurt put so much emphasis into his voice. I mean, just the way he sounds when he sings could tell you what this guy went through. In my opinion, Nirvana was in the music industry for the right reason, and that was to make great ass songs. Amazing how someone could concentrate their pain into their artwork...Fuggin Amzing. Nirvana was great band, and forever will be the headstone of the genre the media portrayed as "grunge." | |
| Opeth – Harvest Lyrics | 22 years ago |
| It sounds like a never ending cycle of beautiful misery brought on by the fact that you won't be remembered when yu die. | |
| Slipknot – (515) Lyrics | 22 years ago |
| The screaming in the intro is really fuggin great. Just goes to show you that people could be creative in a field that they excel in, even if there is a droning base in the background. iowa was a great album. | |
| Pearl Jam – Even Flow Lyrics | 22 years ago |
| The homeless meaning makes sense, but if you realy look at it from a deeper angle, the song could be about a guy who denies who he is, he puts up a front. He knows he feels uncomfortable being that fake person he tries to be, "rests his head on a pillow made of concrete." But when he's alone, he realizes the real him, but he hates the real him also for whatever reason, maybe because he is homeless, hence refering to the homeless angle... He can't find his "evenflow", the person he really ought to be in life. | |

This song is really has nice blues dark kind of vibe to it. Going down to businessthough, I believe this song is bout a protest of the war. "I shot my old lady"....I guess this could mean that he in a way, shot the whole idea down. Going to a war with no meaning what so ever to yourself is a bitch....kind of like an old lady, hence the lyric.."shot my old lady." Also, since this is America.."no hangman will pput a rope around me."....he can't get into any trouble on account of free speech.. The part when he say he's going down to Mexico, he's obviously trying to escape the draft. That's what the song means to me. ~GrUnGe_GuY~ |

| Linkin Park – Somewhere I Belong Lyrics | 22 years ago |
| In my view, this song kind of gives you the impression that the guy in the song is fed up with playing a certain role in life, trying to fit in. Since he has done this for a long time, he can only feeel nothingness in him. So he wants to "find a place where he belongs." It's his own fault that he's lost in his self image, and he wants to finally be himself, and stop trying to be a person that he thinks people want him to be. | |
