I love this song. Very emotional, very nice musically and Elijah's voice is great for it. It's obviously about love and how it can hurt yet be the best thing to happen to a person. Very good stuff. I can't wait for the new CD. |

While the previous poster did put some thought in to his conclusion, I have to disagree with him. Deadsy isn't your typical 'goth' band. I find it hard to believe that they would sing about Vampires. I think the song is about a guy who died before he was able to tell a girl he loved her. Or vice versa. Either way, I don't think it's about vampires. I do however believe it's about lost love. |

This song is so deep with meaning that it almost chokes me. It's a beautifully written song, and in the sense of The Punisher (from which it comes), it fits perfectly. The scene where Mark Collie himself (Harry Heck, in the movie) comes in and plays it for Frank was an awesome scene. Very powerful. It basically says how you can out run whatever is bothering you, but the only constant in your life is time. You'll never beat it. Man. Love it. |

My god, I can't believe no one has commented on this song. This is a wonderfully written song and it has a lot to do with what's going on today. He speaks about how the world is going awry. Such a beautiful song. I love it. |

I'm starting to see the drug connection in this song, but then again, it sounds more like a love song than anything else. 'I compare you to a kiss from a rose on the gray, the more I get of you the stranger it feels, yeah yeah' Someone mentioned that 'kiss from a rose' is a drug term.. 'To me you're like a grown addiction that I can't deny, will you tell me is that healthy baby?' Man, you guys made me think of this song in terms of drugs. Damn you all. |
