I saw Keepsake live on 04.16.03...even though the show was kind of lame all the bands were good, and Keepsake made my night! Yeah The Stranger is such an amazing book. You really need to read the book in order to understand this song to the full effect. There is just so much you can uncover in this book....so many hidden meanings... In that time if a French man killed an Arab he would most likely get away with it, but Meursault got put to death for killing an Arab. He pretty much got put to death for the way he lived his life...not because of the crime he committed. |

Along with every other song by TCP...I love this one too. The verse "When the stars are gone You can carry on Hold your head up high And the clouds roll by" is so true. I don't know how they do it, but they say everything to the point. I love them. I can never thank them enough for everything. It's so great to know that you're not alone. |
