i think it's about giving your self up so someone else can live and breath... you love them so much but you think you're killing them and you want them to live, and so for their sake, you're leaving, to elevate them, and the only thing you ask for them to live is that they turn and leave you. another thought is that you are taking all their "sins"- the things they regret, the things that bring them down, because you love them to help them, but you just can't stay. i don't know, i know what i want to say, i just don't know how to say it, i am not as gifted as AFI and Davey. |
