Forgive me if this is completely wrong but I've heard that Bob Dylan lived in Brooklyn across from the Watchtower Society established by Jehovah's Witnesses. "there are many here among us, who think that life is but a joke," The bible tries to teach people but many prefer not to listen "so let stop talking falsely know, the hour is getting late." the bible speaks of us living in the last days and warns us to turn arounf from false things and turn to God. blind rockstar You were talkin about most rap being stereotypical. And thats true... but not all rapis the same- I promise. Plus every single type of music has a stereotype- but not all of it follows the stereotype. For example, with rock... its "I had a hard life!" or 'I worship the devil" But of course not all of it is like that. Um with country... its "I'm leaving you" or I been cheatin" lol... but still some is not like that. rap has the stereotype too... the bling bling and bitches and hoes (not sayin that i'm not feelin that, cuz in my opinion- its fun to listen to.) but not all rap is like that... hope I've made it clear. Oh and you said "Im not from no hood or whatever" well lemme tell u something- if i was anywhere close to u, u better run cuz if u dont know anything about the hood- u shouldnt of dissed rappers in the first place. |
