It's about bisexuality , Brian mocks of the bad things people think about bisexuals. That they cannot be true to one lover (I was never one to trust), that they only have sex for their own fun (I was never loyal except to my own pleasure zone) , schizo means split personality , in this case probably the one that is attracted to men and the one that is attracted to women. It could have a double meaning : about someone who has mental diseases and feels depressed because of that (borderline bipolar is a sort of teenage depression). |

Coma White is the nickname Marilyn gives to the girl in the song. Here he sings "and a girl I called Comawhite" , i think it is about drug use and that he calls her like that because she looks as pale as someone in coma because of an overdose. |
