This was written about Brody, Tims wife. "Who would've thought that dreams come true Who would've thought i'd end up with you Who would've thought what they said was true But it was and you are light and darkness coming through " Word was going around a girl(she was 17 when they got married BTW)wanted to Meet Tim and somehow at a show she got backstage and They ended up staying together(She was a hardcore druggie at this time, in 1997) But, its all changed now, they both have killer bands that rock. Rancid/Distillers tour 2003 be on the lookout. |

This is the "sequel" to Ruby Soho. Matt elaborates on him and Kathy breaking up, She left California to go to school in NY, when Thye started touring with rancid. I heard after hearing this song, Kathy got in tough with Matt again. Dunno what the relationship status is though if they are together again or not, It would kick ass if they did, this song is amazing. Definately in my top 5 favorite rancid songs. |

It is about Matts girlfriend, but Matt wrote the song. Read the album credits, for the song writing it says Tim and Matts names. The sorta "Sequel" to this song is Black Derby Jacket. Matt needs to sing way more often. |
