i love how jimmy eat world can write songs that relate to my life so well...most everyone has been unfortunate enough to lose a loved one...i know i have...you always take things for granted...or assume people know how you feel about them...and even if they don't, you think that there's always tomorrow...but there's not always tomorrow...sometimes today is all we have...and jimmy eat world captured that point beautifully...mad props to the author |

i agree with pacsun on how this song is more about the preciousness of life than anti-war. he's saying that they have so much to live for and that they're too young to die. it's not worth it to be fighting and dying when they probably don't even know what they're fighting for. i love dispatch...anyone who has only heard the general definitely needs to listen to the rest of their songs...they're amazing |

Konstantine is one of the most amazing songs ever...his voice is so passionate...i have to agree with whoever said that Konstantine wasn't the name of the girlfriend...the song is about a girl who he can't get off his mind. he has this constant longing for her...he messed up and he knows it...he wants her back so bad but he doesn't wanna hurt her again...and when he says "this is because i can spell konfusion with a k and i like it" he's talking about her name...Konstantine is the confusion and although it drives him crazy, he still loves her anyway...i listen to this song every night...it is one of the all time greatest love songs...mad props to the author...SC rox my world.
