I like this song. It reminds me of someone i knew who was my friend but then turned into a bitch and totally forgot me. It's nothing i have against her but she just can't remember the last 2 years. "i'd rather forget the days the we spent" is just how i feel. and "I choose my company by the beating of their hearts Not the swelling of their heads" is just great. It's so true.

This song always makes me want to cry. It's so sad that this guy only knows awkward silence and this girl is closing her eyelids and shutting him out. The singer's voice is really great for this song too. I love it. A lot of people don't know how to say things and are being shut out. it's just so depressing...

I think this song is about a guy who has everything wrong for him. "There's a piece of glass sticking in my back and tar covering my mouth." and he gonna have to give up but it's ok. He's still breathing, which is more than what he expected he would be doing. He still thinks he's gonna disappear tho. And he's losing himself to...himself.

I think this song is about a girl who wants to have a life that's real. But she's surrounded by all the fake things in life. Cars, Calories, etc. And all this fake-ness is "taking bites out of her insides". It makes her sad that the whole world is obsessed with fake things. Everytime she does something fake, it hurts her inside because she wants to be real but just can't. She becomes a hollow shell, like many people out there.

I think when he says "and display you for the neighbors so they know your time had come" he's saying, "look, she broke my heart and if you do that i'll hang you up on a wall too." This song is about the pain she caused him and he wants to hurt her back. He also wants to keep a piece of her inside him to remember her. "And I'd drink your blood and feel it dripping down my throat as it heads for my heart" Maybe to capture her spirit(ghost). I really like this song, like all their songs, it's intense.
