| errm.... I'm pretty sure I implied that. But there was no comment on this song, I felt there deserved to be, considering it's wicked. Especially how the key changes relate to the mood of the song | |
| Red Hot Chili Peppers – Why Don't You Love Me (Hank Williams cover) Lyrics | 23 years ago |
| While this is a great song, it doesn't really need a commet on it's meaning. Just like Sex Rap, Nevermind, Sir Psycho Sexy and Sexy Mexican Maid. The title of this one tells you all you need to know | |
| Red Hot Chili Peppers – Mommy, Where's Daddy? Lyrics | 23 years ago |
| I would have thought this one's obvious too (see Green Heaven for obviousness); althought slightly more subtle than it could be. "come on, sit on your daddy's lap", "lemme start by tuckin you in" "give daddy a kiss girl" | |

This one's really obvious, and also very beautiful/meaningful for their old stuff. He's basically saying that world sucks with our current government and people "Here, above land, man has laid his plan And yes, it does include the Ku Klux Klan We got a government so twisted and bent Bombs, tanks and guns is how our money is spent We got V.D., heroin, greed and prostitution" Then he goes on to say that we should take a lesson from ocean creatures who live in peace: "Diviner than the dolphin, that there is none 'Cause dolphins just-a like to have a lot of fun No one tells 'em how their life is run And no one points at them with a gun They have a lot of love for every living creature The smile of a dolphin is a built in feature" |
