first of all, this will help my explanation of my opinion, i always thought it was, "your skin, yeah, oh yeah your skin and bones, turn into something beautiful, do you know do you know i'd bleed myself dry"
It is a love song, a man is in love with this dead girl and he is willing to kill himself for her, her body is yellow and the man is obsessed with her, so everything is yellow and he misses her so much, he is just engulfed by her, women can manipulate men, eevn when they are dead.
this guy was seriously in love with this chick, then she died and he can't get over her death, it became an obsession, it kinda makes me think of a necropheliac |

i think it's about suicide, or at least that's what was drilled into my head,
when i first heard the song, i thought it was about this all time perfect girl (thus the angel reference) rejecting a boy, and he knew it was coming and it just hurt, ouch!

there are lots of different interpretations of this song,
i think it's about a man lossind his wife, but it is imagery, ban is loosing the big things he has worked his whole life for, they are dragging him down as well as themselves, and it hurts, so, eventually, the whole thing just sort of burns down! |
