New Found Glory – My Friends Over You Lyrics 22 years ago
After his experience, Wilkins became an opponent of nuclear weapons.
Alright, I know a guy whose dad's college roommate once met a chick who saw the manager of a band that once opened for a band who opened for NFG, so I know what I'm talking about. The song is about a girl who kept on nagging her boyfriend to go to the opera with her. He was all like "hell no." She made out with him and he said he go then. But then on the way out of his apartment building he saw all his friends drinking at a bar and he started mumbling something like “I gotta stay true to my friends." Then he left her. Very, Very powerful. This song means a lot to me.

Goldfinger – 99 Red Balloons Lyrics 22 years ago
The obvious interpretation is that this song is not about balloons but rather ducks, 43 of them. The ducks were hungry so they formed an angry mob and attacked a city. I don't know why any one would write about this but I guess it sounds pretty good so why not.

This song is based on one thing: Anger. This man has been angry all his life. He has to get angry to do anything. He has tried to have relationships with some women (or men, it doesn't really address that), but each time they are turned away by his anger. People should find other ways to live their life than by being angry.

Looking Glass – Brandy (you're A Fine Girl) Lyrics 23 years ago
This song is very self explanatory. While the members of The Looking Glass were out at a bar, a girl named Jessica came and was like "what’s up." They were all like "Hey". Then she started drinking brandy (hence the song title) and got really wasted. So then band started tipping back a few and they got drunk. Then Jessica was like "hey lets go back to my place." But they were all like "no I just wanna keep drinkin. "The sea represents the alcohol (the foam of the sea, get it) in this song. Then after that night was over the guitarist was like" hey what was that chicks name." No one could remember so they just called her brandy. They were so drunk they thought she was serving them the drinks. Well that is my interpretation. This song is great.

At the Drive-In – Paid Vacation Time Lyrics 23 years ago
The world is full of people like you that need a song to supposedly open your eyes. Others people realize that music isn’t supposed to have a profound, deep meaning. Some people take music for what it is. Music: notes and words that are combined to make a melody that is pleasant to the ears. Music is for enjoyment. If you want your eyes to be truly opened, read the bible.

ATDI Sucks. I would rather listen to John Mayer. Also, some experts claim that individuals who rely on swearing to express themselves have a communication deficiency.
