When I first heard this song I was like WHAT MAN, but then I listened to it closer and I was like "huh" I think in agreement with some other posts here, it's about how a gender in difference can make it so people don't really see eye to eye. I was thinking that at first it's hard to understand because of the cultural differences from Japan and American. She has something to confess but she can't because she'll looked down upon because she's a woman, but if she was a man it may be more understandable. ( Although that's here in the states too: a little cliche but if a guy has alot of chicks he's a hero, if a girl has alot of guys she's a whore ) I think with the "don't light the cigarette," the desperation in her voice really makes me think that she's trying to express herself to someone and they're sort of tuning her out by just chilling and smoking. So she's like "Stop it, please, listen to me." But that's just me |

Okay, I think that the lyrics to this song go "I'm Blue da ba dee da ba daa" like it says, but my friend told me something really stupid once... That this song was about being gay, and being "blue" means your gay, and that the lyrics are "If I was green I would die" And being "Green" means your straight. Yeah, stupid. @_@ |
