| Streetlight Manifesto – Here's To Life Lyrics | 21 years ago |

Hemmingway shot himself in the face with a shotgun on a hunting trip. haha, Punk in Drublic, I think you're thinking of Justice Wargrave, a character in Ten Little Indians, that did the string-pulling trick And A Cacther in the Rye has everything to do with suicide, as well as staying innocent. The point of the book is how trying to stay young in a world that wants you to grow up will lead to self-destructive behavior. You notice Holden acts like he has been shot on several occasions in the book, which can lead the reader to think he did indeed commit suicide toward the end of the novel. |

| Something Corporate – Konstantine Lyrics | 21 years ago |
| Guys...this song is not good. There is nothing to it. It's a typical pop song, and it sounds like shit. It's a guy sitting in front of a piano singing mediocre lyrics for ten minutes. Half of you are saying you can't describe this song in words, well that's probably because it's a non complex typical pop song, there is nothing to describe beyond the lyrics. This guy could sing Marry Had a Little Lamb on the piano, stretch it out to ten minutes, and you guys would call it a fucking masterpiece. Christ. What's worse is you guys saying how unique it is...it's like every other song they sing. Contrary to popular belief, there is music that actually means something, there are lyrics that go beyond, "Girl I wanna feel you again." Grow the fuck up you suburban tenth grade white girls. | |

I completely disagree with Steven...the song is obviousaly about Catch 22. And to add what you said about the booking agent, there are more original Catch 22 members in Streetlight Manifesto than Catch 22 as of now, so it's not necessarily about how he hates the people in Catch 22, just the band itself. But look at lines like "So I guess I have no choice but to regurgitate The tired anthem of a loser and a hypocrite." or "If you hate me so much then stop singing my songs" and if you look at the entire chorus a certain way, it's pretty obvious...come on guys. |

First, I'd like to say the lyrics are really wrong on this page... Secondly, yeah, libertarian is a political party. The Plan is basically a plan for a better world, what the libertarians think the world should be like. |

| Listen to Mattersville? Pretty much all of War on Errorism is ska. | |
| NOFX – We Got Two Jealous Agains Lyrics | 21 years ago |
| ...no, why would it be a documenatary? The song is about a bunch of EPs between two record collections. The Decline is obviously their EP. | |
| NOFX – We Threw Gasoline On The Fire And Now We Have Stumps For Arms And No Eyebrows Lyrics | 21 years ago |
| Sell outs are people who completely change their sound and overall ethrics just to appeal to a wider audience. NoFX has clearly not come close to doing that, still having their, "We don't really give a shit what you think" attitude and having the same sound as when they began. | |
| NOFX – The Longest Line Lyrics | 21 years ago |
|
I think evilsheep's initial view of the song was correct. If you look at lines like, "I must have done something wrong Or maybe pissed off god" it's like he's singing about karma, and since he pissed of God he's getting the shaft in life, being at the end of the longest line. |

To me this song means tow things, only one of which i thought of myself. 1.This song is what dporqie talked about. 2.(I got this from my friend) The song is about christianity. When u listen closely it sounds like the singer says "even Christians have their days" If u look at it like religion it all fits together just as well as dporqie's idea. Lines like "u signed up now make us proud" "all the promises they made" or "The best is yet to come" P.S. desensitized, he signed up for a contract or church |
